Sample Work

During my sophomore year, our class had the opportunity to read The Great Gatsby. We were responsible for creating an essay discussing a character who we thought was the true antagonist of the story; I chose to write about Daisy Buchanan.

This is an additional assignment involving The Great Gatsby. I had to come up with three relatively strong words describing the overall plot of the story with an in-depth description as to why I chose these particular words.

During my senior year in Reading and Writing for the College Bound, myself and two others had to come up with a common stereotype used in everyday life and within the media. We researched this stereotype and created a project on it that included this essay.

In my Environmental Studies class of my senior year, our midterm exam was to create an environmentally friendly home from scratch. As a group, we discussed every element of the house from the location to the appliances and discussed it in the this paper.

For an AP Biology project, we had to come up with a unique and creative way to remember the process of photosynthesis. In a group, we came up with this story; it was a way to show our creative side in a not-so-creative class.
